Charming 24m² self-catering apartment in a large chalet divided into apartments, located in the heart of the beautiful village of Chatel. The apartment is on the first floor, accessible via a few steps outside the chalet, leading directly to the apartment with its own private entrance. A lovely, warm atmosphere blends wood and modern amenities. - Living area: kitchen with sink, ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination oven/microwave, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, raclette grill, fondue set, etc. Dining table, television with Netflix subscription. - Sleeping alcove with a 180x200cm bed. - Bathroom: small bathtub, sink, toilet, towel rack. Terrace area in front of the apartment with table and garden chairs, sun loungers. Small "LotusGrill" barbecue. Outdoor storage space for skis. 5G Wi-Fi internet access. Everything is included: bed linen, towels, and optional end-of-stay cleaning. Laundry facilities are available on the ground floor with a 10% discount. Parking: large underground public parking lot (fee applies) opposite the chalet.
