An artisanal mountain cannery, we produce specialties from the Pays de Savoie region, without preservatives or additives, on a regular basis. We make our products using local, seasonal raw materials.
The last 100% artisanal mountain cannery, we produce :
- terrines and rillettes in 10 flavors: wild garlic, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, plain, Beaufort, Abondance, génépi, gentian, green pepper, walnuts or Espelette pepper
- soup veloutés: vegetable, nettle, etc....
- cooked dishes: potée savoyarde, tripe, diots on crozet gratin, stuffing and many more...
