Charm, luxury, and great comfort characterize this prestigious chalet, furnished with quality materials in a resolutely modern style. It can accommodate up to 15 people. Chalet Caramel consists of 6 bedrooms (sleeping 2 or 3 people) located on the ground floor or the 2nd floor, each with a private bathroom (shower or bathtub) and a TV. All beds are twin-bedded and measure 90x200cm. On the 1st floor: A fitted kitchen opens onto a spacious living room arranged around a magnificent wrought iron spiral staircase. It features a dining area, a large corner sofa, a wood-burning stove, and a wireless audio system. A private wooden terrace facing the mountains, with furniture and a plancha grill, is also available. A private 6-person hot tub is also available. Shared indoor pool heated to 30°C with counter-current swimming and hydromassage jets. On the ground floor, there is a large shared garage (4 cars in total), a ski room, and a dance floor/home theater. In summer, pétanque court and children's playground. Everything is included: sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi internet. Manigod center 700m away (small shops), skiing at Croix Fry 6km away (connected to La Clusaz). Thônes 7km away, and Annecy town 40 minutes away. 1 pet accepted in the gîte.
