In the heart of the village of Mont-Saxonnex: a 70-square-meter vacation rental on the ground floor of a beautiful, chalet-style village house facing due south, located 200 meters from the village center and its small shops. The vacation rental has its own separate entrance (just 3 steps from the parking lot). The upper part of the house is occupied by the owners. The vacation rental is laid out as follows: - Living area with a built-in kitchen open to the living room (dining area, sitting area with TV and sofa) - Bedroom 1 (1 bed, 140x190 cm) - Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190 cm + 1 bunk bed 90x190 cm) - Bathroom (bathtub with shower column, toilet) - Separate toilet with sink - South-facing terrace (near the entrance): table and chairs, umbrella, lounge chairs, ski locker + north-facing balcony/terrace. Sheets are included (bed made upon arrival). Wi-Fi. Private parking in front of the cottage. Small local shops 200 m away: grocery store, restaurant, Tourist Office. Bakery 900 m away. In winter: the small, family-friendly Mont-Saxonnex ski resort is 2.5 km away—nestled among the fir trees and offering a stunning panoramic view of the Jura Mountains and the Mont Blanc range. Major ski areas 40 minutes away (Morillon – Domaine du Grand-Massif). Numerous hiking trails in the area year-round: Lac Bénit, Plateau de Solaison, Col de Cenise… For cycling enthusiasts, the Route des Grandes Alpes is nearby: Col de la Colombière, Col de Romme. The Saint-Gervais thermal baths are 35 minutes away. Annecy and Chamonix are about 50 minutes away. All shops in Cluses/Scionzier are about 15 minutes away.
