A typically Savoyard cocooning atmosphere for this gîte located in a chalet facing the Megève ski slopes (200 meters away). Pleasant roof terrace, wood stove. South-East facing (ski area view). Center of Megève 3km.

Gîte of 63m2 (+attic) located on the 2nd floor of a chalet including another gîte (on the 1st), the owner's accommodation (on the ground floor), as well as a furniture store (adjoining, with its own access). Common entrance from the garden level or the garage. Integrated kitchen open to living room (dining area, lounge with TV and wood stove) giving access to a roof terrace sheltered from view (with furniture, deckchairs). Bedroom 1 (1 160x200cm bed) with private bathroom (shower,/wc), Bedrooms 2 (2 80cm beds that can be twinned into a 160cm bed). Bathroom (bath), separate toilet. Towels provided and beds made on arrival. Wifi internet. Balconies, large shared garden of 1000m2, always flowery, equipped with swings for the enjoyment of children. 1 parking space at your disposal in the shared garage. Ski room in the basement with secure cupboards. Tumble dryer in a shared laundry room. The chalet is located 30m from the Combloux-Megève departmental road (rooms located in the part of the chalet opposite the road). Princesse gondola (Megève ski area 200m away). Megève city center 3km (shops, restaurants, sports center...). Combloux and its biotope lake (swimming in summer) 2km away. Saint-Gervais thermal baths 7.5 km away, Chamonix 35 minutes by car. As the chalet is close to the road linking Sallanches to Megève, particular attention was paid to the sound insulation of the apartment during the renovations, for better comfort.
