In a hamlet overlooking Lake Annecy, Corinne, the owner, offers you 3 very beautiful guest rooms for 2 to 4 people, carefully decorated and furnished in a Savoyard style. Each room offers a different atmosphere. Choose between a family room, a fireplace in your room or a magnificent atmosphere combining old wood and stone. All rooms have an independent entrance, television, private bathroom (shower room/WC). In 2 bedrooms, a kitchen area will allow you to prepare your meals which you can take in the room or on the private terrace facing the mountains and offering a panoramic view of Lake Annecy. In the morning, you will enjoy breakfast, prepared by the owner, in the mazot in the heart of the property and on the terrace in summer. Internet access. Parking, courtyard. House located in the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park with many walks nearby. All shops in Saint-Jorioz: 7km, Lake Annecy, beaches of Saint-Jorioz, swimming 8km, Annecy 15km. Ski: Semnoz station (hiking, snowshoeing, trails, cross-country) at 21km, Les Aravis (La Clusaz, Le Grand-Bornand) at 45km.
