In the heart of the ski area and the Praz de Lys-Sommand mountain pasture (1450m above sea level): 39m2 gîte on one level, on the ground floor of the owners' chalet. In winter, departure and return 'on skis' from the gîte. Warm atmosphere, and typically mountain decoration. Independent entrance on one level: entrance hall with shoe dryer and ski locker, fitted kitchen open to living room (TV, rapido type convertible sofa offering an extra bed 140x190cm), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm + one bed 90x190cm), bathroom (shower and toilet). Land, deckchairs, private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Private parking under the carport. Possibility to rent sheets. 300m: resort center, ski lifts, ski school, shops, cross-country ski trails. Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) at 12km, Taninges at 10km.
