A 118-square-meter detached chalet spread over two levels in a quiet area of the Grand-Massif, near the Agy Nordic ski area. High-quality interior finishes, spacious terrace offering magnificent views of the surrounding mountains (the summit of Mont Blanc, the Fiz Range, and the Aravis Massif). Ground-level entrance at the rear of the chalet. On the ground floor: entryway with separate restroom, open-concept kitchen leading to the living room (sofas, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed, 160x200 cm, private bathroom with walk-in shower). Lower level of the chalet: Bedroom 2 (2 beds, 90x190 cm, which can be joined upon request to form a 180 cm bed), Bedroom 3 (2 beds, 90x190 cm, which can be joined upon request to form a 180 cm bed), sauna, bathroom (shower), separate toilet, laundry room. Sheets and towels are included (beds made upon arrival). Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating. South-facing terrace with patio furniture, lounge area, umbrella, and grill. On-site parking: courtyard and one covered space. Secure private parking for motorcycles, skis, and bicycles. Electric vehicle charging available via a standard outlet (additional fee applies). Agy cross-country skiing area 2 km from the cottage: Nordic skiing and snowshoeing in winter, hiking trails in summer. Grand-Massif ski area, 9.5 km away (Les Carroz d’Araches): a vast 265-km ski area connecting the resorts of Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns, Flaine, and Sixt-Fer-A-Cheval. Les Carroz resort center, 9 km away: bars, restaurants, and numerous seasonal activities (swimming pool, sledding, paragliding, canyoning, mountain biking, golf, etc.).
