Very nice chalet spirit for this warm cottage fitted out on one level, facing the mountains, 1km from the center of Contamines-Montjoie. Shuttle stop at 50m, skiing at 2.5km in winter (gondola). For your comfort, everything is included!

31m2 single-storey cottage on the ground floor of a chalet also including the owner's accommodation (upstairs). The chalet is located 1km before the village centre of Les Contamines-Montjoie, and 50m from the ski-bus shuttle stop. The cottage has its own independent entrance: corridor/entrance hall with storage, living room with kitchen area open to the living room (TV, sofa bed offering 2 extra beds 90x190cm), shower room (shower cubicle, toilet), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm). Towels and sheets are included (bed made on arrival). End-of-stay cleaning is also included. Private garden, grassy terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs), parasol and deckchairs. Parking in front of the chalet in summer, and 20m away in winter. Possibility to store your skis, bikes or other leisure equipment in the owner's garage. The chalet is located 50m from the road leading to Les Contamines. Skiing 2.5 km away in winter (Montjoie gondola). Les Contamines village center 1km away (about 15 minutes on foot): shops, restaurants, Tourist Office. Shuttle stop 50m away in season (connection to the village center and ski lifts). Le Pontet leisure center 3km away: Tennis, ponies, adventure trail, swimming lake ... Saint-Gervais thermal baths (Le Fayet) 12km away, Saint-Gervais-Les-Bains and Mont-Blanc Tramway 8km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 35 minutes away by car. Many hikes to enjoy in the area all year round.
