On the heights of Megève, facing Mont Blanc: 43m² single-story cottage in a private extension of the owners' chalet. Beautiful interior design, quiet location, magnificent views of the Mont Blanc massif, Megève, and the ski area. The cottage has its own independent entrance. The accommodation comprises: a living room with a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room (bar table, TV, sofa bed), bedroom (1 queen-size bed, TV), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet). Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating. Sheets are included (bed made upon arrival). End-of-stay cleaning is also included. Private terrace facing Mont Blanc with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, and barbecue. Private parking is available in the chalet courtyard, in front of the cottage entrance. You can store your skis, bikes, or other leisure equipment in the owners' garage. The owners' working farm is about 100 meters away (tours are available). Bring snow gear for your vehicle in winter. Megève center is 3 km away (5 minutes by car): shops, restaurants, casino, and Palais des Sports (all-season aquatic center, wellness area, ice rink, etc.). For skiing (3.5 km away), the gîte is located halfway between the resorts of Megève (Jaillet gondola) and Praz-sur-Arly. Summer swimming at the Praz-sur-Arly swimming lake is 2.5 km away. Mont-d'Arbois Golf Course is 6.5 km away. Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths is 18 km away. Numerous hikes in the area are available all year round, with marked trails available near the gîte. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 40 minutes by car, Lake Annecy 1 hour, Yvoire (Lake Geneva) 1 hour 20 minutes.
