On the first floor (access by staircase of miller): bedroom with 1 bed 140x190cm + 2 bunk beds 90cm, balcony with moutain view. Terrace with furniture and barbecue. 1350m2 of land. Gîte connecting with the 208005 cottage. Cottage non-smoker. The wood stove is not accessible. Possibility of renting sheets. Gite non-adapted to people with reduced mobility and babies (access on foot in winter to 300m). The departure of the cottage in nature reserve hiking. Green Lake to 900m. Downtown Passy at 10km. Parking 50m from the cottage in the summer, and 300m in winter. Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
