Gîte of 65m2 on the 2nd floor of a small chalet-type condominium comprising 1 owner's accommodation and 2 apartments rented for the year.
Common entrance. On the main level: fitted kitchen, living room with dining area and relaxation area (fireplace, TV, sofa).
Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x190cm) with small private bathroom (shower), bedroom 2 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bath), WC.
Upstairs: bedroom on the mezzanine (1 bed 140x190cm) giving access to a very low bedroom (1.30m max), attic with 2 beds 90x190cm.
South-East, South-West and North-West balcony with furniture offering a beautiful view of the Aravis massif.
