Comfortably seated in this chalet made of wood and brick, with its mountain-style decor enhanced by cozy touches, we had the pleasure of discovering a different take on cheese specialties. From Savoyard fondue with cheese, porcini mushrooms, chanterelles, and morels to potances, nothing was left out—including the famous tartiflette, croûte savoyarde, berthoud, raclette, and reblochonnade.
