Warm individual chalet (mountain style), very comfortable, located near the center of the village (1.5km) and the ski lifts (1km). A cottage ideally arranged to meet up with family or friends. Shuttle (ski) at 143m in winter. Unobstructed view of the village and the Aravis. South-West exposure.

Chalet of 122m2 arranged on 3 levels at the entrance to the Bouchet valley. Access to the 1st level, on one level at the rear of the chalet. Entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (sofas, TV, pellet stove)), bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), shower room, separate wc. Upstairs: bedroom 2 (1 160x200cm bed, wooden cot), bedroom 3 (4 90x200cm beds, including 1 bunk bed, TV-DVD), shower room, separate WC. On the lower level of the chalet: Hammam, laundry room and children's playroom (table football, toys...). Wi-Fi Internet. Balcony, wooden terrace with furniture, and electric plancha. Everything is included: sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning. Alpine skiing (gondola) at 1km, village center at 1.5km, cross-country skiing at 900m. Lake Annecy 26km. Many hikes in summer in the Aravis. 10% discount for 3 week stay.
