Enjoy a natural setting at this cottage in a beautiful detached house situated on a 3000m² wooded and landscaped property, meticulously maintained by the owners. The ideal place to recharge your batteries with family or friends, just a short walk from the shops and leisure activities of the Annecy region.

Detached 67 m² house located behind the owners' house, on the edge of the forest. On the ground floor, an entrance hall with storage leads to the living area, comprising an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and lounge with a smart TV. Separate WC and laundry area. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a 160x200 cm bed and the other with two 90x190 cm beds plus an additional 80x190 cm bed) and a bathroom with shower, WC, and washing machine. An external staircase leads to the terrace, and a path then leads to the walking area (forest, play area with pétanque courts, etc.). Fiber optic internet. Bicycle/ski storage available (lockable storage room provided). Beds are made upon arrival, and towels are provided. End-of-stay cleaning is optional. Independent driveway access to the cottage; parking available in front of the house. The garage is not accessible. 9-hole golf course nearby (650 m). Annecy and the lake are 12 km away, Geneva 34 km. Hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing are available on the Glières Plateau, 26 km away. Skiing: Semnoz is 30 km away, La Clusaz and Grand-Bornand are 37 km away. Chamonix is 92 km away.
