At les Sources du lac d'Annecy, this lovely little apartment tastefully renovated in a historical countryside house welcomes you for a stay with your better half. Thanks to its large sheltered terrace and view of the surrounding mountains, this accommodation is perfect for your rest and well-being.

This 37 m² (390 sq ft) cottage is located on the first floor of an authentic Savoyard country house, completely renovated and maintained over the years by the owners, who also live on-site. Separate access to the cottage is provided via an exterior staircase. The adjoining spacious and sheltered terrace is fully furnished (table/chairs, deckchairs, and a plancha grill). An entrance hall with storage provides access to the cottage's three rooms: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table; a bathroom with a shower stall, a vanity sink, a washing machine, and a toilet; and a main room with the bedroom (160x200 cm bed) and a relaxation area (armchairs, a coffee table, and a Smart TV). Linens and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Heating and domestic hot water are provided by a heat pump. Fiberglass Wi-Fi internet access. This accommodation is non-smoking. Private parking is available near the cottage. Ski and bike storage is available upon request. Pets are welcome upon request from the owners (no category 1 or 2 dogs, nor any other guard or guard dogs). In the heart of a quiet, rural hamlet located near Lake Annecy, Savoie (Ugine, Albertville), and at the gateway to the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park. Lake Annecy is 12 km away, the town of Annecy is 29 km away, and the Annecy-Albertville cycle path is 800 m away. Ski areas: Espace Diamant (Les Saisies, Notre-Dame de Bellecombe, Crest-Voland) is 30 km away, and the Aravis (Le Grand-Bornand/La Clusaz) is 32 km away.
