This 37 m² (390 sq ft) cottage is located on the first floor of an authentic Savoyard country house, completely renovated and maintained over the years by the owners, who also live on-site.
Separate access to the cottage is provided via an exterior staircase. The adjoining spacious and sheltered terrace is fully furnished (table/chairs, deckchairs, and a plancha grill).
An entrance hall with storage provides access to the cottage's three rooms: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table; a bathroom with a shower stall, a vanity sink, a washing machine, and a toilet; and a main room with the bedroom (160x200 cm bed) and a relaxation area (armchairs, a coffee table, and a Smart TV).
Linens and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Heating and domestic hot water are provided by a heat pump.
Fiberglass Wi-Fi internet access. This accommodation is non-smoking. Private parking is available near the cottage. Ski and bike storage is available upon request. Pets are welcome upon request from the owners (no category 1 or 2 dogs, nor any other guard or guard dogs).
