Built and decorated in a Bohemian spirit warm and comfortable lodging. The cottage has a beautiful veranda sunny facing the Warens needles and the cascade Arpenaz. Large garden flowers and trees with ground available for the summer pool! Sallanches Center 4 km.

Gite of 58m2 in ground floor of a chalet of the owner. Independent access (entrance by the terrace of the lodge). Kitchen open to living (veranda): Tv, sofa, armchairs, wood stove, bedroom with 1 bed 140cm + 1 bed 90x190cm. Bathroom (with shower and wc). Private terrace with garden furniture. In summer: above ground pool, BBQ, hammocks, deckchairs and games for children. Wifi Internet. Bed linen are included and the beds made on arrival. Centre of Sallanches 4km, Thermal bath of Saint-Gervais to 13km. In summer: swimming at 2km, or Passy islets waterbody to 7km. Skiing at cordon (10km), Combloux (12km) or Megeve 15km. 30 minutes to Chamonix, Annecy 50 minutes. The owner has 2 nice dogs that have free access to the garden.
