55m² duplex apartment (+9m² attic) spread over the 1st and 2nd floors of a village house with another apartment (reference 176006), in the heart of a quiet and typical hamlet. An ideal setting in all seasons, between the town of Annecy and the Aravis resorts. Independent entrance on the side of the house. Equipped kitchen open to the living room (dining table, corner sofa, television), separate toilet with vanity sink. This duplex apartment features two bedrooms: bedroom 1 (one 140x190cm bed), bedroom 2 (two 90x190cm beds that can be joined to create a double bed). Bathroom with shower and vanity sink. 1 separate toilet. Everything is included: Wi-Fi internet access (fiberglass), bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Shared area for both cottages with washing machine and dryer, storage for bikes, skis, etc. Small garden with only 2 deckchairs (outdoor dining is not permitted for the convenience of the neighbors).
