"CREATING MEMORIES FROM THE EPHEMERAL". The unique menu, rooted in the living world, comes in 8 or 10 sequences, and offers a moment out of time, according to the actors in the room and the scenography. Like our cuisine, our cellar is in perpetual motion, evolving through the encounters of men and women who care about the living world.
