This holiday rental for two people enjoys a privileged setting between lake and mountains, surrounded by mountain pastures and just 2 km from Lake Annecy and its beaches.

Guests can enjoy the spacious outdoor areas, with a private garden, outdoor furniture and a pétanque court. Two bicycles are also available free of charge, perfect for exploring the surrounding area. Located just 100 metres away, the cycle path and canyoning activities provide easy access to outdoor adventures. Set at the foot of the mountains and the famous Col de la Forclaz, the rental is an ideal base for hiking and discovering the local wildlife and flora, as well as visiting the renowned paragliding take-off sites overlooking Lake Annecy. An 18-hole golf course is also located nearby.
