Independent entrance: fitted kitchen open to living room (sofa bed 130cm, Tv) bedroom with interior window (1 bed 140cmx190), bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. Courtyard, private garden with furniture in summer. Electric heated floor. View of the Mont-Blanc Massif from the garden. Non-smoking house.
