Location Details – Apartment in the Aravis Region Located: Less than 10 minutes from La Clusaz, Manigod, and Le Grand-Bornand 30 minutes from Lake Annecy 60 minutes from Megève, Beaufortain, and the Chamonix Valley The apartment is on the first floor of the residence "La Tournette B", with a private outdoor parking space. It is conveniently located near shops, services, bus stops to Annecy, and free shuttles to La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand (available during high season). The East/West-facing apartment includes: Balcony/terrace with a sideboard, mini grill, table and two chairs Entrance hall with closet/storage Living room (facing East, opening onto the balcony): sofa/TV, dining area Fully equipped open kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, vitroceramic hob, full range of small appliances, fondue and raclette sets, cookware and tableware Small mountain-style bedroom (window facing West): double convertible bed (140cm quality mattress), plus an overhead fold-out bunk bed suitable for a child over 6 Additional sleeping space in the living room: double sofa bed (140cm quality mattress) Bathroom: shower cabin, vanity with sink, towel heater, washing machine, hairdryer Separate WC Ski locker in the basement – also usable as storage space outside the ski season Other amenities: ironing equipment, cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning products provided On-site: All shops and essential services (Tourist Office, Post Office, medical services, physiotherapist…) Playgrounds, tennis courts, and swimming pools just 10 minutes away Outdoor activities: walking, hiking, via ferrata, road biking and mountain biking, paragliding… and all kinds of water activities on Lake Annecy (20 km away) In winter: sledding hill, beginner ski slope with tow rope, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails Nearby ski resorts: Le Grand-Bornand and La Clusaz (downhill and cross-country skiing) Cleaning: A €60 security deposit for cleaning is required at the beginning of your stay and will be returned at the end of your stay, following a satisfactory check-out inspection. Upon request when booking, a cleaning service can be arranged at the end of your stay for a €50 fee.
