Kitchen opening onto living room (fireplace), shower room/WC (washer-drier), 2 bedrooms (double bed) (double bed+bunk bed). Central heating. Terrace, garden, garden furniture. 10% reduction for stays of 3 weeks. Access via forest track (high car is required). Saint-Gervais (spa town) 10 min, Megève 10km, Chamonix 23km. Bruno is high altitude mountain guide. Hiking/riding tracks from the doorstep incl. an optional section of the 'TMB' (classic Alpine mountain walk). Donkey treks. Bird-watching gîte - 'Ligue Protection des Oiseaux' (French Bird Protection Society). Cleaning can be arranged (fixed charge).
