Near the village center and the gondolas (access to the ski area) - Ultra cozy and warm gîte, fully restored in a mountain chalet spirit. Very nice view of the surrounding peaks - Quiet environment - South-West exposure.

Gîte of 67m2 on the 2nd floor of a chalet also including another gîte on the ground floor. Common entrance on the 1st level from the garden. Entrance hall with storage, fitted kitchen, living room (2 sofas, TV), bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x200cm, 1 bed 90x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), separate wc. Balcony with small table accessible from the kitchen and the living room. Garden with forest table, parasol. Sheets are provided and the beds made on your arrival. Wi-Fi Internet. Possibility to rent towels (1 towel per person). Village center and shops 1.2 km (10 minutes on foot). Skiing at 1km (Lay gondola) or 1.5km (Gorge gondola), cross-country skiing at 850m. Spa (ice spa) at 7km (Saint-Gervais) . Saint-Gervais/Le Fayet thermal baths 15km away. In summer: many hikes nearby, and leisure center 1.5km away. The owner is a professional weaver and offers knitting and crochet lessons as well as weaving courses. 10% reduction for 3 consecutive weeks.
