La Grange du Crot

This 38m² (plus 5m² in the attic) holiday cottage is located on the first floor of a fully renovated Savoyard farmhouse, designed in a chalet style. The cottage has its own independent entrance (access is via an external staircase). The chalet also includes the owners' accommodation on the ground floor. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - Main level (1st floor): entrance hall, open-plan fitted kitchen/living room (TV, sofa, dining area), shower room, separate WC. - Upstairs: bedroom 1 (1 double bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (2 single beds 90x190cm). Bed linen is included. Wi-Fi internet access is provided. Balcony/terrace facing the mountains (dimensions: 1.2m x 4.2m) with garden furniture (table and chairs) and sun loungers. Parking 40m from the gîte (unloading possible at the foot of the stairs). Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval village center 2km away (grocery store, bakery, restaurant, rafting in summer). Fer-à-Cheval Nature Reserve parking 3km away (5-minute drive). Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval resort 3km away: the Sixt resort is connected to the Grand Massif ski area by shuttle buses. Skiing back to Sixt is possible from the Cascades piste (depending on snow conditions). Near the Giffre River: whitewater sports, fishing, climbing, via ferrata, cycle path. Hiking trails on site. Samoëns resort village 7.5km away: Grand-Massif Express gondola lift, swimming pool, ice rink, leisure center, all shops and restaurants. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc approximately 1 hour 20 minutes away by car.
