In the Annecy countryside, a spacious two-level cottage for 6 to 7 people. The ideal location to recharge your batteries at the foot of the Mandallaz mountain and just a few minutes from Lake Balme.

In the hills above La Balme-de-Sillingy, this 97 m² gîte is located in a farmhouse complex that also includes a second gîte. The owners live opposite in a separate building. On the ground floor: level access (half a step from the terrace) to the living room with an open-plan fitted kitchen and dining area (table for 8) and the lounge: sofas, armchairs, TV. Bedroom 1 (double bed 140x190cm), shower room (shower, washing machine), separate WC. Upstairs: mezzanine between the bedrooms with a desk area and a sofa bed. Bedroom 2 (one double bed 160x200cm and one single bed 90x190cm) and bedroom 3 (two single beds 90x190cm that can be joined together). Outdoor terrace with garden furniture. Bed linen provided, beds made upon arrival. Towels available as an option. End-of-stay cleaning is also available as an option. Baby equipment available upon request. Wi-Fi available (fiber optic). A 7th person can be accommodated for an additional €50/week. Located near the owners' dairy farm, moderate farm noises are possible (animals, farm machinery). Wood heating is provided by the owners. The center of La Balme de Sillingy, Lake La Balme, and the Haute-Savoie Gardens Park are 6 minutes away, 3 km from the property. Hiking trails are just steps from the cottage (Chemin de la Mandallaz is 600 m away). Annecy is 17 km away, and the Secret Gardens in Vaulx are 14 km away. The Grand Epagny shopping area is 8 km away.
