Detached 88m² cottage located on the ground floor of a renovated Savoyard farmhouse located in the heart of the Mont-Blanc region, near the ski areas of Combloux and Megève.

From the parking lot, access to the cottage is via 11 gently sloping steps.
The accommodation comprises: a separate fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room (dining area, TV, sofa), bedroom 1 (1 double bed, 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 double bed, 140x190cm), bedroom 3 (1 single bed, 90x190cm + 1 single bed, 140x190cm), bathroom (walk-in shower), and separate toilet.
Central heating (oil). Wi-Fi.
Garden, terrace area with a table, barbecue, parasol, and deckchairs. Large storage room for your skis, bikes, or other leisure equipment. Private parking (2 spaces).
For your convenience, linens are included (beds made upon arrival).
The cottage is located next to the owners' chalet. They have a garage located above the cottage (separating slab).
Combloux village center is a 5-minute drive (1.8 km): shops, restaurants, and a biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont Blanc, wellness area).
For winter skiing: access to the Combloux ski area is 1.5 km away via the Bouchet ski lift (connecting to the Jaillet/Megève ski area).
Combloux ski area main parking lot (Cruy Cuchet) is 3.5 km away. Princesse gondola is 3.7 km away (Megève/Saint-Gervais ski area): 7 minutes by car.
Megève is 7 km away (10 minutes by car): casino, golf course, swimming pool, ice rink, etc.
Saint-Gervais Thermal Baths are 11 km away. Chamonix-Mont-Blanc is 30 km away (40 minutes by car). Annecy and Lake Geneva are approximately 1 hour away.
