Independent and spacious cottage converted into a duplex at 300 m of the ski lifts of the family ski resort of the fathoms. Calm and quiet environment. Many walks nearby in the summer.

Gîte of 111m2 landscaped on 2 levels in an old and independant renoved country farmhouse. On the ground floor: large living room with integrated kitchen open to living room (Tv, sofa bed in bed 160x200cm), annex room (bedroom) with a sofa bed 160x200cm, bathroom (shower), toilet. On the first floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm + 1 bed 90x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm). Large laundry room on the ground floor with l-linen, s-laundry, shower, wc and extra fridge. Terrace with furniture, deckchairs and barbeque. Internet wifi. Parking space along the cottage road side. Sheets are provided. Ski and hiking on the spot (300m), Geneva 32km, Cluses to 20km. City and Annecy lake: 55 minutes by car. In summer: heated pool at 1,2km (Onnion).
