Separate entrance. On the first floor: Fully equipped kitchen with dining area, half-bath/laundry room. On the half-level above: Living room with TV, corner sofa (convertible), 2 90-cm beds. Top half-level: Bedroom 1 (1 140-cm bed), Bedroom 2 (2 90-cm beds), bathroom (shower), toilet. Balcony, garden (not adjoining) with a rustic table and barbecue. Internet; sheet rental available. Skiing at Mont-Saxonnex, 2.5 km away; numerous hiking trails nearby in summer. Dard Waterfall, Malsaire climbing cliff… 10% discount for 3 consecutive weeks.
