Stunning views of Mont Blanc from this cozy cottage in a quiet area of Combloux. The accommodation is just a 5-minute drive from the ski slopes in winter, with the village center and swimming area in summer 3 km away. Hiking trails are accessible from the property.

This 34m² apartment is located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of a large chalet-style tourist residence. The bedroom, living room, and balcony offer magnificent views of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix Valley. The apartment comprises: a living room with an open-plan kitchen (high table, sofa bed with a 140x190cm sleeping area), a bedroom (TV, two 90x190cm single beds pushed together), and a bathroom (bathtub and toilet). The 10m² balcony (1.5m x 7m) faces Mont Blanc and is furnished with a table, four chairs, and a lounge area. For your convenience, end-of-stay cleaning is included. You can rent sheets and towels from the owner or bring your own. A private covered parking space is available behind the building, or you can park outside. A private ski locker is also provided. Combloux village center, a 6-minute drive (3 km): shops, restaurants, and a natural swimming pond (summer swimming with views of Mont Blanc + wellness area). Combloux ski area, 2.7 km (5 minutes by car): the Combloux ski area is linked to Megève (Le Jaillet) and La Giettaz. Megève, a 10-minute drive (6.5 km): shops, casino, golf course, and sports center (swimming pool, ice rink, wellness facilities, etc.). Saint-Gervais thermal baths, 12 km (15 minutes via the Valéen lift). Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, 30 km (30 minutes by car). Annecy and Lake Geneva, approximately 1 hour away. Numerous hiking trails are available in the area year-round (snowshoeing or walking): marked trails start from the residence. Snow equipment is recommended in winter.
