34m2 apartment on the 3rd floor (with elevator), of a large chalet-type residence for tourists. The bedroom, living room and balcony offer a magnificent view of Mont Blanc and the Chamonix valley. The cottage consists of: a living room with integrated kitchen area open to the living room (high table, rapido convertible sofa offering a 140x190cm bed), bedroom (TV, 2 90x190cm beds pushed together), bathroom (bathtub and toilet). 10m2 balcony facing Mont Blanc (dimensions: 1.5mx7m), with table and 4 chairs + relaxation lounge. For your comfort, everything is included: sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning. Private covered parking space behind the condominium, or free placement outside. Private ski locker. Combloux village centre 6 minutes by car (3km): shops, restaurants, and biotope lake (summer swimming facing Mont-Blanc + wellness area). Combloux ski area 2.7km (5 minutes by car): the Combloux area is connected to Megève (Le Jaillet) and La Giettaz. Megève 10 minutes by car (6.5km): shops, casino, golf course, and Palais des sports (swimming pool, ice rink, wellness, etc.). Saint-Gervais thermal baths 12km (15 minutes with the Valéen lift). Chamonix-Mont-Blanc 30km (30 minutes by car). Annecy and Lake Geneva approximately 1 hour away. Many hikes to enjoy in the area all year round (snowshoeing or walking): hiking trails are signposted from the residence. Bring snow equipment in winter.
