Kitchen opening onto living room (130cm wide sofa bed, DVD, flat screen TV), 2 bedrooms (double bed), (two 90x200 beds which can be joined to form king-size bed), shower room, separate WC. Balcony around gîte, garden (outdoor furniture, BBQ). Bed linen provided, beds made on arrival. Eco-friendly gîte using renewable energy. Annecy (lake, beaches, old town) 24km, Geneva, Lake Geneva 35km, La Roche-sur-Foron 9km, Plateau des Glières 17km. Skiing: Orange 12km, Aravis 35km.
