A prime location for exploring Haute-Savoie! Spacious and welcoming cottage located in a quiet, unspoiled area in the heart of the department. Shared outdoor pool heated in summer.

This 80m² (23m²) cottage is located on the first floor of a large house surrounded by grounds. It also includes the owners' accommodation and four guest rooms (located on the opposite side of the house). Shared: heated swimming pool (8m x 4m) at 28°C, accessible from May to September. The cottage has its own independent entrance at the back of the house (access via an external staircase). The accommodation comprises: a fitted kitchen with a dining area, a separate living room (TV, sofa), a large bedroom divided into two sleeping areas (one queen-size bed, two single beds, and a baby crib), and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi access is available. Sheets are included (beds are made upon arrival). Towels are available for rental. A small balcony area in front of the cottage entrance is available with a table and two chairs. Large shared terrace with garden furniture at the front of the house. Shared pétanque court. Ample parking on the property. Maximum capacity: 5 people (with owners' consent). Swimming pool for exclusive use of guests. All major attractions in the department are located within a 50-minute drive. Geneva is a 40-minute drive, Annecy and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc are 45 minutes away, Lake Geneva, Yvoire, and the beaches are approximately 50 minutes away. Local shops are located in the center of Scionzier, 1.5 km away. Supermarket is 2 km away. Grand Massif ski area is a 25-minute drive: Les Carroz is 18 km away, Morillon is 19 km away. Romme-sur-Cluses Nordic ski area (and beginner's alpine area) is 11 km away. Numerous hikes are available in the Bargy and Aravis areas, or on the Solaison plateau (25 minutes away).
