A prime location for exploring Haute-Savoie! A spacious and cozy vacation rental located in a quiet, unspoiled area in the heart of the department. Outdoor pool heated during the summer (municipal).

An 80-square-meter vacation rental (including 23 square meters of attic space), located on the first floor of a spacious house surrounded by grounds, which also includes the owners’ residence and 4 guest rooms (located on the opposite side of the house). Shared amenities: a swimming pool heated to 28°C (8 m x 4 m), open from May through September. The cottage has its own separate entrance at the back of the house (access via an outdoor staircase). The accommodation consists of: a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a separate living room (TV, sofa), Bedroom 1 (3 beds, 90x190 cm), which connects to (and serves as a passageway to) Bedroom 2 (1 bed, 160x200 cm, and a baby crib). Bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi. Sheets are included (beds made upon arrival). Bath towels are available for rent. Small balcony area in front of the cottage entrance with a table and 2 chairs. Large shared terrace with patio furniture at the front of the house. Shared pétanque court. Parking on the property: 1 parking space reserved for the cottage. Maximum occupancy: 5 people (with the owners’ permission). Swimming pool for guests’ exclusive use. All major attractions in the department are located within a 50-minute drive. Geneva is a 40-minute drive away; Annecy and Chamonix-Mont-Blanc are 45 minutes away; Lake Geneva, Yvoire, and the beaches are about 50 minutes away. Local shops in the center of Scionzier, 1.5 km away. Supermarket 2 km away. Grand Massif ski area, 25 minutes by car: Les Carroz, 18 km away; Morillon, 19 km away. Romme-Sur-Cluses cross-country ski area (and beginner-friendly alpine ski area) is 11 km away. Numerous hiking trails are available in the Bargy and Aravis regions or on the Solaison Plateau (25 minutes away).
