A 105m² duplex apartment on the first and second floors of a beautifully renovated, high-end Savoyard farmhouse, decorated in a charming chalet style. The chalet also includes another apartment on the ground floor, as well as the owners' accommodation (second home). Each apartment has its own separate entrance. Access to the apartment is via a separate ramp from the parking area.
