In Fillinges, a rural commune located at the crossroads of the Giffre Valley and the Verte Valley, discover a characterful cottage located in an exceptional setting in the heart of nature at the foot of the Voirons massif. The ideal place to spend a quiet family holiday while admiring the animals in their enclosures and strolling in the large landscaped spaces. Easy to access location from the main towns. Maximum capacity accepted: 13 people (with supplement).

A 200m² gîte spread over three levels in a detached stone house dating from 1861. The house is located at the end of a dead-end road where two houses, the owner's house and the gîte, are located. Shared access gate. Inside, access is via the semi-open kitchen to the living room (monastery table, fireplace, lounge with wall-mounted TV) and a hallway (separate toilet, storage) leading to the upper floors. On the 1st floor: bedrooms 1 to 4 (including bedroom 4 with a private bathroom and toilet) comprising a 120x190 cm bed, two 160x200 cm beds, and a 140x190 cm bed), laundry room, and a separate bathroom with toilet. On the 2nd floor: separate bathroom with toilet, bedrooms 5 (180x200 cm bed + rapido sofa bed) and an additional living room/bedroom (rapido sofa bed). Outside, there are numerous amenities: a lounge and dining table in front of the cottage entrance with an equipped barbecue, and a second lounge on a wooden terrace above the infinity pool, also offering sun loungers and deckchairs. Stairs provide access to a second solarium area as well as wellness facilities: a Norwegian hot tub and a sauna (optional use upon agreement with the owner, wood-fired). A walkway through the landscaped grounds allows you to discover the plants and animals living on site (chickens, goats, sheep, etc.). Access to a walking trail in the Voirons forest directly from the garden. Parking is 30 meters below, with drop-off for guests and luggage in front of the kitchen entrance. The owner, a landscaper, designs and maintains the premises to offer you the most comfortable stay possible, in harmony with the surrounding nature. Parties/birthdays are possible if announced in advance, discussed, and approved by the owner. Maximum capacity: 13 people (with a supplement of €245 per additional person per week). Located 16 km from Annemasse and 46 km from Annecy. Geneva center, Lake Geneva 25 km away. Les Brasses resorts 17 km away. Geneva Airport 39 km away.
