On three levels, 190m² gîte in a detached house built in local stone dating from 1861. House located at the end of a dead-end road where there are two houses, the owner's house plus the gîte. Shared access gate.
Inside, access via the semi-open kitchen to the living room (monastery table, fireplace, lounge with wall-mounted TV) and a hallway (separate WC, storage) giving access to the upper floors.
On the 1st floor: bedrooms 1 to 4 (including bedroom 4 with private shower room with WC), laundry room and separate bathroom with WC. On the 2nd floor: separate shower room with WC, bedrooms 5 and extra bedroom-living room (convertible bed).
Outside, numerous facilities: lounge and dining table in front of the entrance to the gîte with equipped barbecue, second lounge on a wooden terrace upstream of the infinity pool also accommodating sun loungers/deckchairs. Staircase leading to a second solarium area as well as to the wellness facilities: Norwegian bath, sauna (optional use to be agreed with the owner, heated by wood). Path in the park designed to discover plants and animals present on the site (chickens, goats, sheep, etc.). Access to a walking trail in the Voirons forest directly from the garden.
Parking 30m below, with drop-off of people and luggage possible in front of the kitchen entrance. The owner, a landscaper, develops and maintains the premises to offer you the most comfortable stay possible, in connection with the surrounding nature. Party / birthday possible if announced in advance, discussed and validated by the owner.
