Set in the heart of an unspoilt natural environment, just a stone’s throw from the Bout du Lac nature reserve, La Cuillère à Omble invites you to enjoy a gourmet escape that combines authenticity and refinement. This chic bistro showcases the flavours of the Alpine lakes through its carefully prepared and generous cuisine. Arctic char, féra, crayfish, perch and pike feature in inspired dishes, alongside a selection of fish and seafood. Meat lovers are not to be outdone, with several specialities made from Alpine beef born and reared in the Savoie region. Hand-chopped tartare, gourmet burgers and quality cuts of meat showcase the local terroir. To finish on a sweet note, treat yourself to one of the many homemade creations on the menu. With around fifteen desserts prepared on site, every meal concludes with a touch of indulgence that will delight even the most discerning palates.
