Gîte (55m2, same level access) on 1st floor: kitchen area in living room/bedroom (beds: 1 double, 2 bunk), TV point, shower room, WC. Upper floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds). Electric et gas heating. Courtyard, garden furniture, barbecue, fenced area, table-tennis, double garage. Shared washing m/c. Le Plateau de Sommand-Le Praz de Lys (65km of cross-country skiing, 21 ski lifts). On the ski slopes of the Praz-de-Lys/Sommand ski resort: old renovated alpine chalet situated in a panoramic site also including 3 other gîtes. 55m2 gîte on the 1st floor. Access on one level from the courtyard located opposite the garages. The entrance is shared with 2 other gîtes: integrated kitchen open to living room (bench seat, Tv), bedroom 1 (1 140cm bed + 2 190x190cm bunk beds), bathroom (shower), wc. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with 1 140x190cm bed. Electric + gas heating. Courtyard, large common flat area with games for children, table and chairs (in summer). Ping-pong. Garage for 2 cars. Common washing machine (token system). Ski on site in winter: Praz-De-Lys / Sommand ski area (55km of slopes, 23 ski lifts). At the Praz-de-Lys plateau 9km (Col de la Ramaz): cross-country skiing, paragliding, shops (open in season only). Many hikes from the cottage. Provide snow equipment in winter. Stay 3 weeks -10%.
