During this trail trip, we could talk about several subjects :
- running technique
- muscles reinforcement
- long terms goals
- managing a competition and be ready for it
Marion proposes different places : Plateau de Solaison, Borne and Aravis Massif, and even further !
Groups must have the same level.
You must have : running shoes, running clothes, warm clothes, a little bagpack to put a k-way, running stick if you have, sunglasses and a cap.
In a bag you must have : water, snacks ( cereal bars, dry fruits...) and if it's a day trip you need to have something to eat.
