Côté Forme, a fitness center offering • A weight training area • A cardio area • Group classes (step, Hilo, Zumba, Pilates, Bike, gentle gym, etc.) • A bar area • Supportive staff and a family-friendly atmosphere Give it a try—you’ll love it!

Open to members from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week, in a family-friendly atmosphere and supervised by 5 state-certified coaches. All membership plans provide access to the gym from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., 7 days a week. We offer the widest variety of group classes in the area, and all classes are led by certified coaches (no video classes) 12- or 24-month membership commitments also include unlimited access to the sauna. Brightly lit and equipped with a large parking lot, Côté Forme welcomes you in a safe environment and supports you in achieving your goals. Thanks to its coaches’ training, Côté Forme is qualified to provide guidance to individuals participating in adapted physical activities (APA for people with long-term illnesses [ALD]). Our certified coaches will be available to provide you with more information from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Once you become a member, you’ll have access to the gym from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., 7 days a week. For your workouts, we ask that you bring a clean pair of athletic shoes, workout clothes, and a towel to place on the machines or mat. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
