Located in the north-eastern corner of the upper cable car station, the botanical trail includes information boards at the base of the shrubs.
The botanical trail includes a wide variety of flowering plants and shrubs. Their names and uses are shown on boards. The trail is an easy walk through the meadows, taking approximately 30 minutes.
- TipsIn partnership with the Natural History Museum in Geneva, the cable car hosts a free exhibition in the upper terminus on the geology of the Salève and the mule tracks walked along by fine ladies in the long dresses and gentlemen in their Sunday best during the 1930s. Amazing, too, that motor bikes also rode along this path!
