This mill is open to the public on a special basis.

The Moulin du Châtelet is located just a few kilometers from La Roche. Every year at the end of winter, passionate volunteers power its waterwheel using water from a pond to produce walnut oil for private customers. The event features presentations on the oil and grain mills, demonstrations of the sawmill in operation, and sales of walnut oil pressed specially for the occasion.
