As a Multisport Instructor and Mountain Leader, I take you on a journey to discover our natural spaces, far from any performance pressure. With 15 years of experience in leading and instructing, I offer a 100% leisure-based approach to sports, designed for both kids and adults. My philosophy is simple: using multisports and the mountain environment as tools for discovery, fun, and sharing. I build sessions where everyone can freely try new activities, celebrate their successes, and experience a moment of recognition and reconnection with themselves in the heart of nature. Authenticity, inclusion, and wonder are at the core of my guidance. (Please note: I speak intermediate English and will be very happy to welcome you and adapt my sessions!)

Tips
In the mountains, weather changes fast! Make sure you're properly equipped: backpack, water bottle (1.5 L minimum), good closed-toe shoes (sneakers or hiking boots), rain gear (K-way), fleece, sunglasses and sunscreen.
