Grand Croisse Baulet from the Refuge – hiking trail

Warning: Patous (sheepdogs) are present on the Croisse Baulet mountain pasture from July through approximately mid-September. As stipulated by Municipal Ordinance No. 18/2024, domestic dogs are prohibited on the communal mountain pasture around Montagne de Croisse Baulet between July 1 and September 15. This year, the herding dogs and sheep on Croisse Baulet will remain on the mountain pasture until October 2, 2026. Caution: dangerous passage near Les Seyttets (due to the presence of a sheep pen and herding dogs), but passage is possible. Alternative route recommended via the Tête du Planet.
