Gourmet Charity Hike – Pink October

For Pink October, come and join a wonderful family hike starting from the village of Manigod! 6.3 km • 200 m elevation gain Flexible start times between 9:30 AM and 10:30 AM Follow a marked trail to discover three traditional bread ovens and a chapel that is open specially for the event, while enjoying three gourmet stops: Chapelle Dessous: pink *viennois* bread & jam Les Murailles: wood-fired bread, cheeses & charcuterie Villard Dessus: tarts & cakes The walk will also feature some wonderful highlights: A magnificent panoramic view of the Manigod Valley and the Aravis mountain range; A reading session focused on resilience and poetry, presented at Les Murailles by a member of the M’Lire library; A visit to the Montpellaz Chapel, open specially for the occasion; The Saint-François Spring—reputed to have miraculous healing properties for the eyes—before returning to the village. At the start, Manigod’s seniors, representing the *Le Fil d’Argent* association, will offer a pink bracelet to every participant.
