From September 30 to October 3, 2026, Haute-Savoie will host the inaugural World Rescue and Protection Event, organized by the National Federation of French Firefighters.

Taking place in La Roche-sur-Foron and Annecy, this international event brings together the 132nd National Congress, an international rescue and safety trade show, and the largest public-facing French firefighter village. The full program is available on the website.
