In an authentic, renovated Savoyard farmhouse that also houses the owners, this comfortable 54 m² apartment sleeps 2 to 4 people. It features a private entrance, parking for two vehicles, a terrace with a table for outdoor dining, and a lawn area with sun loungers. South-facing with unobstructed mountain views.

Located between Taninges and Mieussy – a paragliding hotspot – this apartment is ideally situated for skiing (resorts between 15 and 25 km away), hiking, and family outings. Dining room with fully equipped kitchen (mini-oven, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine). Shower room/WC. Bedroom: 160x190cm bed, storage unit, television. Down duvet for winter, silk cocoon duvet for summer. Living room: 2 bunk beds (90x200cm), sofa bed, bookcase, storage unit, television, board games and children's toys, desk. Adjoining private outdoor space. Table on the terrace and deck chairs on the lawn. Winter: 2 sleds available, ski locker. Bed linen and towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. A cot and high chair are available upon request. End-of-stay cleaning is not included, or a cleaning service is available. Parking for 2 vehicles at the entrance to the gîte (2 small steps). Close to a road serving a hamlet and the Saint-Grat chapel (dead end). Standard household outlet available for charging an electric vehicle (nighttime use only). Accommodates 3 or 4 people (supplement €20/person/per stay). Explore the Giffre Valley and iconic sites in the area, from the Cirque du Fer-à-Cheval to the resorts of Praz de Lys-Sommand and the Portes du Soleil. Close to the Sommand plateau with its iconic peaks (Marcelly, Chalune, etc.). Philippe, the owner, is a high-mountain guide and can recommend routes. Walk around the Saint-Grat chapel 1.5 km away. Mieussy town center (shops, restaurants) 3.5 km away. Close to the Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval/Passy National Nature Reserve (23 km). Ski areas: Sommand (14 km), Praz-de-Lys, Morillon (Grand Massif - linked to Samoëns and Flaine) (19 km), Samoëns (Grand Massif) and Les Gets (Portes du Soleil) (18 km), Geneva (40 km), Annecy (64 km).
