This 54m² holiday cottage is located on the upper floor of the owners' house, with an adjoining private outdoor area.
The entrance opens onto the dining room and kitchen (with washing machine). A hallway with storage leads to the shower room/WC. The bedroom has a 160x200cm bed and a chest of drawers with a small TV.
The living room has an 80cm TV, a 140cm sofa bed, a small desk, and a bookcase with games. There is a sleeping alcove with two 90x200cm bunk beds.
Private parking is available at the entrance to the cottage (two small steps).
The outdoor area includes garden furniture and a shed for storing bicycles, skis, or other equipment. The cottage is close to the village road.
Sleeps 3 or 4 people (supplement of €20 per person per night).
Bed linen is provided and beds are made upon arrival. Towels and household linen are also provided. Guests are responsible for final cleaning before departure (or a cleaning service is available). A standard domestic socket is available for charging an electric vehicle (overnight use only). A walk around the Saint-Grat chapel is 1.5 km away. The center of Mieussy (shops, restaurants) is 3.5 km away. The Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval/Passy National Nature Reserve is 23 km away.
