From the main terrace of the gîte, entrance to the living room comprising sofa/armchairs, wall-mounted smart TV, fireplace and a staircase to access a mezzanine/play and reading area. Access to bedroom 1 (140x190 cm bed, children's mezzanine comprising 2 additional twin beds of 80x200 cm) and bedroom 2 (2 twin beds of 80x200 cm, private balcony).
In the extension of the living room, access to the fitted kitchen with island, open to dining area and also giving access to the main terrace of the gîte. Darts game on the wall and smart speaker. Clearance to bedroom 3 (2 twin beds 80x200 cm, private terrace), the laundry room and the bathrooms (large bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, separate toilet).
250m² of land with wood-fired plancha, children's games, sun loungers... Second terrace accessible from the back of the cottage (bedroom 3).
Wifi Internet. Sheets are provided and beds made on arrival. Household and bathroom linen provided. End-of-stay cleaning to be done or offered as an option.
