You'll also be close to Switzerland, with the border just 5 km away and Geneva just 20 km away. This two-bedroom gîte offers a lovely, warm atmosphere.

In a beautiful house located in the heart of Chablais, this 68m² (8m² attic) gîte is located on the first floor. The large house also includes the owners' accommodation and a year-round rental. Shared entrance with the owners, then access to the gîte via an internal staircase. - Entrance hall with closet, - Fully equipped kitchen partially open to the living room: dining table, electric sofa, television, desk, access to a first rooftop terrace. - 2 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 (1 double bed 180x200cm that can be separated into two single beds), Bedroom 2 (2 single beds that can be joined to create a double bed 180cm, desk, access to a second rooftop terrace). - Attic bathroom: walk-in shower, countertop sink, washing machine. - 1 separate toilet. Sheets and bed linens are provided. Optional: towels and end-of-stay cleaning. Wi-Fi. Underfloor heating. On-site parking in the courtyard at the rear of the house. Two rooftop balconies with garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol, and an electric grill. Mountain views. Bikes and skis can be stored in the owners' premises.
